HJMED PVC Liquid/Glue #SiL0760 (also referred to as Polyvinyl chloride glue, PVC glue, or PVC blend) is formulated by the HJMED R&D team specifically for dipping stainless steel springs during the manufacturing of reinforced endotracheal tubes (anaesthesia consumables). The blend features fast and stable drying, easy operation, and is classified as non-hazardous and environmentally friendly.

Shelf Life: 12 months in original, unopened containers under recommended storage conditions. Recommended to use within 6 months once opened.

Storage Conditions: Keep at room temperature in original unopened packaging. Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and high temperatures.

Handling: Users must review the latest Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), product safety instructions, and container labels. HJMED PVC Blow Molding Machine is precision fabrication of medical-grade PVC cuffs and pilot balloons for endotracheal tubes spanning sizes Fr 2.0 - Fr 10.0 is accomplished using the #SB-40 processing system. Versatile production capability is demonstrated for both high-volume inflation cuffs and pilot balloon components.
