Rapid and precise bevel cutting of PVC tubing is enabled by the HJMED/JVMED tube angle cutting machine (Model #JVAC23) prior to downstream catheter manufacturing stages, such as tipping, printing, and cuff assembly. Clean, burr-free cuts are produced across adjustable cutting angles. Dedicated cutting blades and holding fixtures accommodating sizes from Fr 2.0 to Fr 10.0 are supplied alongside the unit.

Optimization & Commissioning: To ensure optimal efficiency and bond strength for proprietary endotracheal tube (ETT) designs, physical samples and 3D CAD files should be submitted to the technical team. Bonding fitting configurations and operational parameters are finalized following thorough commissioning and trial production runs.
