Rapid placement and precise positioning of cuffs are enabled through the application of a small drop of ethanol as a lubricant, preventing material damage during assembly. Both PVC and Polyurethane (PU) cuffs are accommodated by the HJMED cuff/balloon loading machine.

Lubrication: Ethyl alcohol may be applied during tube-to-cuff insertion to serve as a temporary lubricant and speed up production.

Optional Machinery: Auxiliary equipment for catheter cutting, notch punching, surface printing, and tip forming can be integrated upon request.

Custom Assembly Setup: Optimal cuff bonding quality for proprietary ETT designs is ensured when physical samples and 3D models are submitted to the technical team.

>> ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE:

The work surface is sanitized using an approved disinfectant.

Base endotracheal tubes and corresponding cuffs are prepared for assembly.

A single cuff is loaded onto the three-jaw mechanical expander.

Pneumatic expansion of the cuff is initiated, and the base tube is inserted through the expanded sleeve.

HJMED Cuff bonding machine utilizes advanced thermoplastic heating technology to ensure uniform, high-precision bonding between PVC/TPU cuffs and main endotracheal tubings. Controlled via an intuitive Mitsubishi PLC touchscreen interface, the unit guarantees reliable processing for endotracheal tubes (ETT) ranging from ID 2.0 mm to 10.0 mm. Built with a durable SUS 304-2B stainless steel and aluminum alloy casing, it includes quick-connect pneumatic fittings for streamlined operational setup.

Because incoming tubings and cuffs must comply with international medical standards, clients are requested to submit sizing charts or technical drawings to HJMED's technical team prior to ordering to verify compatibility or arrange custom tooling. Every machine includes standard bonding fittings for ETT sizes #5.0 through #10.0 in 0.5 mm increments.
