HUAJU MEDICAL, branded by #HJMED and #JVMED, used to be named by Daysure Medical that based in Jiangxi province, was taken acquisition by Hongda group (top manufacturer of needles, IV cannula, infustion set etc in the world) in 2023 and it's re-set up in 2024 by an experienced team that working in medical, raw material, machinery & tooling and international marketing. Covering 5,800 m2 landscape in Zhongshan city, HJMED re-boosts for a greater vision and bigger success forward.

With approximately 8 minutes drive, another manufacturer World Medical (WD) takes the lead in economic recovery among local regions despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and flooding disasters a few years ago. WD's equipped with 33,000 m2 of GMP-compliant class 10,000 and 100,000 clean workshops, labs, R&D and sterilization centers etc for the manufacturing of silicone portfolio of medical consumables. The work is on researching, developing, producing, and selling polymer medical equipment products for surgery, urology, obstetrics, and gynecology.

The two plants have been dedicating in manufacturing quality medical/surgical consumables for long (HJMED started on 2015 and WD on 2007). Both HJMED and WD urge the region to become a major force promoting medical development that gives priority to stronger competitiveness, promotes the establishment of a new development paradigm and advances sound preparation for sustainable development. The "dual-circulation" cooperation paradigm takes the international market as the mainstay while the domestic and international markets boost each other. GM of WD Mr. Wilson Xia and founder of HJMED Mr. Andy Yao have underlined the importance of developing both medical plants to promote high quality socioeconomic development as proposed in blueprint adopted by several rounds of key meetings last month. Both plants have officially started in depth cooperation between each other since July, 2025.
To emphasize focus on cooperation and promotion, HJMED and WD will continue to firmly support marketing team (all members in export dept. are based in HJMED site) in pushing forward the follow-up work regarding the implementation of cooperation and international marketing.
HJMED (HUAJU Medical), new make since 2024s after the previous manufacturing site's sold to Hongda group. It's built to manufacture sterile consumables in pvc and silicone, medical connectors, polymer components & parts, as well as semi-automatic assembly machines.
WD (World Medical), leading manufacturer in China for silicone consumables and well-known by silicone foley catheters (2-way and 3-way; catheters with temperature sensor is optional). WD provides OEM production for some Europe players since 2015s.
JVMED (JV Medical Limited), legal trade mark since 2021 for HJMED's export businesses since 2020s. It's originally set up for promoting assembly machinery & tooling and relevant OEM/ODM/DFM services over LSR and HCR products in medical, industrial and household industries.
SiLIM (SiLIM Technologies), associated company to HJMED/JVMED that manufactures PVC granules and silicone fluids starting from 2021s, its chemical portfolio includes PVC granules of various grades, liquid PVC, silicone fluids, silicone rubbers (LSR, HCR, masterbatches) and upstream polysiloxane materials such as intermediates and silane specialties etc.- To manufacture medical disposables in PVC / silicone / TPU.

INVESTMENT IN BREAKTHROUGH TECHNIOLOGY:
1) MFG plant is being expanded and it is now 38,800 m2 covering several production lines.
2) Most of our medical disposables are with CE, FCS, TUV, FDA marked; and certificate ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485: 2016 are implemented for each OEM/ODM solution and service, thus saving time and any unnecessary trouble, and contribute to our innovative strength; as a result of fast order delivery or turnkey solution.
3) Innovative technology of 2-component & multi-component silicone molding, in-mold assembly is being applied as our main technique for LSR products. Extra 6 sets of plastic injection machines are imported for increasing our flexibility and strength of making plastic medical components or multi-component moldings.
4) More B2B marketing channels such as medical expo, Made-in-China, SEO & GEO, and LinkedIn etc are invested for exploring more business opportunities.
5) Plant for raw materials over silicone rubbers, PVC granules, liquid adhesives are invested for advancing our cost competitiveness.
