It is geared by Mitsubishi PLC system for precise control and low failure rate. There are no burrs caused inside and outside of the forming holes and common problems are such as burrs, rough surface, and size deviation etc. are perfectly solved.

NOTES:

1) Cutting fittings for various tubing sizes go with the machine.

2) Other machines and tooling for tubes/catheters cutting, cuffs bonding, printing and tipping etc are optional.

3) To ensure efficient, high-quality cuff bonding for custom ETTs, physical samples and 3D drawings should be shared with HJMED's technical team prior to finalizing fitting designs and operational parameters.
