Custom shaping of endotracheal tubes into specified angles is performed by the #HJMED bending fixtures. Durable performance is provided through its high-grade SUS 304-2B stainless steel construction. Batch processing capacity is set at approximately 50 endotracheal tubes per fixture.
Standard Bending Procedure

Tubes are manually loaded onto bending fixtures.

Fixtures are heated in an oven for 8–10 minutes.

Fixtures rest at room temperature for 15–20 minutes, then refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Tubes are unloaded and refrigerated for 50 minutes to lock in shape memory.
Note: Verification of oven and refrigeration dimensions is required prior to fixture customization to ensure proper clearance and compatibility during heating and cooling cycles.
