HJMED Catheter Cuff/balloon bonding machine #JVCB23 was designed and kept being improved to better process the bonding between Endotracheal main tubings and cuffs (PVC/TPU) via thermoplastic heating technologies.

Standard Accessories Included: Ships with standard bonding fittings for ETT sizes #5.0 - #10.0 (in 0.5 size increments).

Standard bonding fixtures for various tubing sizes are included with the machine.
Optional machinery and tooling for catheter cutting, notching, printing, and tipping are available.
Physical samples and 3D drawings should be shared with the technical team to optimize fixture design, parameter setup, and cuff bonding quality.
ETT tubings and cuffs must meet applicable international medical standards.
