HJMED UV curing adhesive (grade #3611*) is one single component and medium to low curing adhesive that developed for bonding medical polymer substrates without stress cracking. It features excellent bonding properties for most polymer substrates, especially plastics. When it's exposed to ultraviolet and visible LED light at sufficient intensity, the objective will be cured in several seconds to form a transparent adhesive layer with good bonding strength.

IMPORTANT TIPS when using HJMED UV curing adhesives:
HJMED portfolio of UV adhesive #3611* is NOT suitable for sealing strong oxidizing substrates and is sensitive to ultraviolet light. Please protect from light during storage and use. Curing speed depends on lamp intensity, the distance between the light source and the adhesive layer, the required curing depth or gap between adhesive layers, and the light transmittance of the substrate.
It is recommended that the minimum UV light intensity required for curing the adhesive be 5 mW/cm² (measured at the adhesive layer). For dry curing of exposed surfaces, high-intensity UV light (minimum 100 mW/cm²) is required. For temperature-sensitive substrates, cooling is necessary during curing. Check for stress cracking if necessary; remove excess adhesive with organic solvents; cool the bonded parts before bearing load.
APPLICATIONS:
HJMED UV curing adhesive #3611* is certified by ISO 10993, ISO 13485 and RoHS and highly proposed for medical glueing process of anesthesia mask, closed suction catheter, endotracheal tube with TPU cuff, infusion pump, indwelling needle etc. It has good portfolio of various viscosities (200~2,300 mpa·s) and hardnesses to meet different medical products.
UV ray curing machine is basically used to curing the disposables of which UV adhesive's used. Customization (speed, conveyor length, curing area etc) is accepted subject to project details. The machine can be used for catheters: Endotracheal tube with TPU cuffs, anesthesia mask, closed suction catheter, indwelling needle etc. Sampling for production trial is highly proposed before any bulk import.
