HJMED negative displacement needle-less connector, it is a sterile, single‑use medical device that connects to a catheter hub for IV therapy. Upon disconnecting a syringe or IV line from the connector, negative pressure is generated, drawing a small volume of fluid and causing blood to reflux back into the catheter or syringe. Correct use requires adherence to a defined clamping sequence to prevent such backward flow.

When the needle‑free connector is fitted to a one‑way, two‑way or three‑way extension set, it enables the simultaneous administration of multiple incompatible or distinct medications via a single vascular access site.
