HJMED inflation kit combines non returned check valve, pilot balloon and tubing; each is made by medical grade of PVC granules that developed in house. It is used for endotracheal tube, laryngeal airway mask, endobronchial tube etc.

Component 1: pvc tubing.

Component 2: pvc pilot balloon.

Component 3: non returned check valve.

NOTE: dipped type and blow molded type of pilot balloon are optional. Color green, blue and transparent are optional. OEM/ODM/DFM are accepted subject to specific technical requirements.

10,000pcs each carton; non sterile.

Quantity is changed when various sizes or products are packaged together.

Plywood packing with timber support is optional for LCL shipments.

HJMED non-returned check valve is widely used in respiratory therapy, anesthesia, drainage and infusion medical systems. It effectively prevents fluid and gas backflow, avoids cross contamination, maintains stable pipeline pressure, safeguards patient breathing safety and ensures smooth medical treatment process. >> RELEVANT MACHINE #1:

HJMED PVC blow molding machine #SB-40 is particularly design to manufacture medical grade of PVC pilot balloons and inflation cuffs, of which sizes are ranging from 2.0mm to 10.0mm. It is practicable for both inflation cuffs and pilot balloons.

>> TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

1). Extruder: 7.5kw SEW motor with gear coupled reducer.

2). 40mm diameter PVC screw, L/D ratio 24:1.

3). Virgin PVC granule output 18kgs/h.

4). Bi-metallic barrel for improved abrasion resistance.

5). SEW-Eurodrive ® motor gearbox.

6). Stainless steel for feed hopper.

7). Clamping force: 3,000kgs.

8). Casing color: red (other colors optional).

1) Other machines and tooling for tubes/catheters cutting, notching, printing and tipping etc are optional.

2) To ensure of efficient and quality to manufacture customers' cuffs and balloons, it is strongly suggested that physical samples and 3D drawings are shared with HJMED's technical team for 100% production transfer.

HJMED automatic assmebly machine for disposable non-returned check valves is a smart system that designed for those who plan to achieve precise quality control, higher production capacity with lower cost for long run. The system features all in one module design for saving foot space; and precise control for very low failure rate. Intelligent PLC system, auto glueing and several testing devices make it perfect on-line monitor and quality check over each assembly process, which meets 98% at least guarantee of quality insurance and failure control.

It is applicable for different designs of disposable check valves that used in foley catheter, endotracheal tube, tracheostomy tube, laryngeal airway, anesthesia mask, balloon stent etc.
