INVESTMENT IN BREAKTHROUGH TECHNOLOGY
- Manufacturing plant is being expanded and it is now 38,800 m2 covering several production lines. Multiple functions machine set are developed such as Murphy eye punching & cuff bonding set, tube cutting & hole notching & tipping & Murphy eye punching & connector assembly set, auto dipping system for reinforced Endotracheal tubes, auto coiling machine for nasal cannula and yankauer suction tube etc.
- Most of our medical disposables are with CE, FCS, TUV, FDA marked; and certificate ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485: 2016 are implemented for each OEM/ODM solution and service, thus saving time and any unnecessary trouble, and contribute to our innovative strength; as a result of fast order delivery or turnkey solution.
- Innovative technology of 2-component & multi-component silicone molding, in-mold assembly is being applied as our main technique for LSR products. Extra 6 sets of plastic injection machines are imported for increasing our flexibility and strength of making plastic medical components or multi-component moldings.
