>>PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION:
HJMED #anaesthetic face masks supply oxygen and anaesthetic gas during spontaneous or manual ventilation. Designed to cover the nose and mouth to form an airtight seal, they are commonly used for preoperative oxygenation and induction of general anaesthesia.
Connected to breathing circuits, the mask delivers oxygen, nitrous oxide and volatile agents such as Sevoflurane at the start of anaesthesia. Once the patient is anaesthetised, the mask will be replaced by airway devices. At the end of surgery, it is used again for oxygen support during recovery.
Anaesthetists can keep manual mask ventilation for short procedures, or use fixing straps to hold the mask for longer operations. Equipped with soft inflatable rim, our masks fit various face shapes. A full range of sizes covering paediatric and adult patients is provided to meet varied clinical demands.
