HJMED extrudes PVC tubings in bulk, both plain and reinforced. Post manufacturing processing such as cutting, tipping, hole punching, printing and cuff bonding are optional. Relevant machines and tooling are also available. OEM/ODM terms is accepted by HJMED for any our medical catheters and components on the basis of positive innovation and manufacturing practicability over technical, tooling and polymer etc. 

Warranty: five (5) years quality warranty since the date of manufacturing.

Availability: 100~10,000 pcs subject to specific sizes and technical requirements.
Lead time for new batches: 25~30 days.

Packing: non sterile; carton box (plastic/timber support added for LCL shipments)
Packing size: 520/465/395 mm each carton; gross weight: 13.5kgs.
Packing volume: 20,000 pcs each carton.
Plywood packing with timber support is optional for LCL shipments.

Agent/distribution terms: accepted subject to in-depth discussion and confirmation.
